Do I need to refrigerate my Cookie Dough Bars?

Cookie Dough bars are shelf stable and refrigeration is not required. However, if you like to eat it chilled and/or want to firm it up, you can put it in the refrigerator!

Yes! Our bars are Certified Gluten Free through GFCO.


Where can I buy the Mini Cookie Dough Bars?

We are currently available at Costco locations in the Northeast and Texas. We hope to expand our presence in additional locations soon!

Clarified butter is made by warming regular butter and removing the milk solids and water, leaving behind only the fat. This gives clarified butter a richer flavor and longer shelf life.


What is chicory root fiber and why is it used?

Chicory root fiber is a dietary fiber from the chicory plant. We use chicory root fiber in our bars because of its sweet flavor and fiber content!


Why is there chickpea flour in the Mini Cookie Dough Bars?

We use chickpea flour because it contributes to protein and fiber, while adding a soft and chewy bite to our bars.
